children. Rehabilitation personnel assist in improving health and
development of young children with special needs. These professionals

include advocacy organizations, respite care organizations, daycares,
social workers and case managers. These people work to fill in the gaps
and act as a resource for children’s daily needs and care.

of young children are an essential part of ECCNT, providing a family’s
perspective of important issues and concerns.
Together, with the
various areas of expertise within ECCNT, we can work as an effective unit
to improve the welfare of young children and their families.
